Ingredients:
- 1 lb Polidori Hot Italian Sausage
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- red pepper flakes and oregano to taste
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can 14.5 oz of diced tomatoes
- 8 oz pasta any shape is good!
- ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- handfuls of spinach
Directions:
- Decase the sausage links and cook the sausage and onion in a large saucepan until cooked, breaking the sausage apart.
- Add the garlic, fennel, and red pepper flakes, mix, and cook until fragrant, about a minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix in the spinach and enjoy!
