Ingredients:
- 1 lb Polidori Breakfast Sausage
- 1 pkg herb – seasoned stuffing mix
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 ½ cups chicken broth
- 2 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Directions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown Polidori sausage. Drain sausage and set aside. SAVE THE DRIPPINGS!
- Add celery and onion to the drippings in the same pot/pan; Saúte for 10 minutes.
- Add back in the sausage, stuffing mix, and chicken broth.
- Mix and serve!
