Sausage and French Toast Casserole
This French toast casserole is the ultimate make-ahead breakfast to delight your overnight guests. Cubed French bread and Polidori Sausage Breakfast Links are enveloped in a sweet egg mixture and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Polidori Sausage Breakfast Links cooked and chopped
- 1 large loaf French bread cubed
- 7 large eggs
- 4 cups milk
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Cook the breakfast links for about 13 – 15 min. Take it out of the oven and let it cool. Cut into bite site pieces.
- Spread the bread cubes out on a sheet pan.
- Whisk together milk, eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg
- Place the bread and the cooked sausage in a 9"x 13" greased baking dish. Pour the mixture over the dish and bake for 1 hour.
- Dust with cinnamon and sugar.
