Ingredients:
- 1 lbs Polidori Chorizo
- 1 package of bacon
- 3-4 eggs
- 1 loaf of King Hawaiian Rolls
- Swiss Cheese
- Sharp Cheddar
- Maple Syrup
- Hot Sauce
Directions:
- First, ground your chorizo and cook your bacon according to your preference; I prefer baking them in the oven. Whisk your eggs and cook them in a pan with butter until scrambled.Cut the King Hawaiian Rolls in half to create top and bottom halves. Then, begin the layering process: Swiss cheese, followed by chorizo, eggs, bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese. Place the top half on top and brush with butter and everything bagel seasoning.Bake in the oven at 350 ℉ for about 15 minutes.For the dipping sauce, mix equal parts maple syrup and hot sauce together.That's it! Cut and serve!
