Ingredients:
- 1 bag Tostitos scoops tortilla chips
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 lb Polidori Chorizo Sausage
- 2 to 3 jalapenos seeded and diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Polidori Chorizo in a skillet until it is cooked and crumbled. Once cooked, set it aside to cool!
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and egg. Add jalapenos, chorizo, and garlic powder and mix until well combined.
- Arrange scoops cup side up on the prepared sheet and spoon-filling into each one (a cookie scoop works well for this). Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top of each puff.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bubbling. Serve hot for the best results.
