Ingredients:
- 1 lb Polidori Mild Italian Sausage
- 2 cups Mozzeralla cheese
- 1 jar Marinara sauce
- Italian seasoning measure with love!
- Pita chips for dipping
Directions:
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in marinara + Italian seasoning directly into the sausage. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with cheese and bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes, until bubbly and melty.
- Serve hot with pita chips and watch it disappear.
