Ingredients:
- 1 lbs Mild Italian Polidori Sausage
- 1 jar Marinara Sauce
- 1 bag Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 bag Crinkle Fries frozen
- Pepperoni, Pineapple, Pickled Jalapenos ANY TOPPINGS YOU WANT!
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line one sheet pan with foil for the pizza toppings and lightly oil a second sheet pan for the fries.
- Remove the casing from the Polidori Sausage and crumble it into a heated skillet over medium heat. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
- Prepare the Pizza Toppings. Once the sausage is cooked, spread marinara sauce evenly over the foil-lined sheet pan. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, cooked sausage, pepperoni, and any additional toppings you choose.
- Place the fries in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, place the pizza toppings pan in the oven and bake everything for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove both pans from the oven. Transfer the crispy fries to a serving dish, and spoon the hot, cheesy pizza toppings over them. Serve immediately for a delicious, crowd-pleasing dish.
