Ingredients:
- 1 package Pillsbury crescent dough You can use puff pastry
- 1 lb Polidori Beer Bratwurst Bratwurst is good as well
- butter or egg wash
- 1 red bell pepper for decor
- rosemary and sage leaves for decor
Directions:
- Pan-cook Polidori brats until their internal temperature reaches 165°F. This ensures they are safe to eat. Set them aside to cool slightly—don’t worry about fully browning them; they will cook more in the oven.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into long strips about ½ inch wide.
- Take each brat and carefully wrap it with the puff pastry strips, spiraling upward to resemble a Christmas tree. You can leave small gaps for the "tree" look.
- Place the wrapped brats on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden and crispy.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before serving. Pair with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauces. Perfect for holiday parties or as a festive snack!
