Pizza fries are the ultimate crowd-pleaser—crispy fries loaded with melty cheese, marinara sauce, and crumbles of Polidori Sausage for a hearty, flavor-packed bite. Perfect for game days, parties, or late-night cravings, these saucy, cheesy fries bring the best of pizza and comfort food together in every bite!

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs Mild Italian Polidori Sausage
  • 1 jar Marinara Sauce
  • 1 bag Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 bag Crinkle Fries frozen
  • Pepperoni, Pineapple, Pickled Jalapenos ANY TOPPINGS YOU WANT!
Directions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line one sheet pan with foil for the pizza toppings and lightly oil a second sheet pan for the fries.
  • Remove the casing from the Polidori Sausage and crumble it into a heated skillet over medium heat. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
  • Prepare the Pizza Toppings. Once the sausage is cooked, spread marinara sauce evenly over the foil-lined sheet pan. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, cooked sausage, pepperoni, and any additional toppings you choose.
  • Place the fries in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, place the pizza toppings pan in the oven and bake everything for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove both pans from the oven. Transfer the crispy fries to a serving dish, and spoon the hot, cheesy pizza toppings over them. Serve immediately for a delicious, crowd-pleasing dish.

Ingredients:
  • 1 bag Tostitos scoops tortilla chips
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 lb Polidori Chorizo Sausage
  • 2 to 3 jalapenos seeded and diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook the Polidori Chorizo in a skillet until it is cooked and crumbled. Once cooked, set it aside to cool!
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and egg. Add jalapenos, chorizo, and garlic powder and mix until well combined.
  • Arrange scoops cup side up on the prepared sheet and spoon-filling into each one (a cookie scoop works well for this). Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top of each puff.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bubbling. Serve hot for the best results.

  • 1 package Pillsbury crescent dough You can use puff pastry
  • 1 lb Polidori Beer Bratwurst Bratwurst is good as well
  • butter or egg wash
  • 1 red bell pepper for decor
  • rosemary and sage leaves for decor
Directions:
  • Pan-cook Polidori brats until their internal temperature reaches 165°F. This ensures they are safe to eat. Set them aside to cool slightly—don’t worry about fully browning them; they will cook more in the oven.
  • Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into long strips about ½ inch wide.
  • Take each brat and carefully wrap it with the puff pastry strips, spiraling upward to resemble a Christmas tree. You can leave small gaps for the "tree" look.
  • Place the wrapped brats on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden and crispy.
  • Let the rolls cool slightly before serving. Pair with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauces. Perfect for holiday parties or as a festive snack!
