  1. Prick the bottom and sides of the pie shells with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. Maintain the oven temperature.
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Mix the milk, eggs, mayo and flour in a bowl. Stir in the sausage, cheese and apple. Spoon the sausage mixture into the prepared pie shells. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until light brown. You may freeze the cooked quiches for future use. Reheat the frozen quiches at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
