I am a Sicilian American - growing up I saw my Nana making homemade sausage in the kitchen. Being from New York, I had struggled to find a great sausage here in the Midwest. And then I tried Polidori’s. There might be bigger names in Colorado for sausage, but none are better (I actually did a side by side of multiple sausage is one day!) Authentic delicious Italian sausage - tastes like home!

Made with the freshest cuts of lean pork shoulder combined with spices highlighting cracked fennel.
