Polidori Stuffed Shells
  1. Combine first five ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
  2. Pour a thin layer of marinara sauce into a 9 x 13 pan. Carefully open cooked shells and place a heaping tablespoon of filling into shell. Gently place the shell in a pan. Repeat until the pan is filled. Pour remaining sauce on top of shells. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook until shells are heated through about 25 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
