Cheesy Brat Stew for the Slow Cooker
Ingredients
  • 6links Polidori Bratwurst
  • 4medium PotatoesPeeled and cubed to 1/4 inch
  • 1tablespoon Minced dried onion
  • 1can Green beansDrained
  • 1small Red bell pepperSeeded and chopped
  • 1can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3cup Water
Instructions
  1. Place bratwurst potatoes, minced onion, green beans, red pepper, cheddar cheese, mushroom soup, and water into a slow cooker. Cover, and cook on medium for 3 hours or until potatoes are fork tender.
