A true authentic family heirloom recipe that Great Grandma Anna Polidori started making back in 1925.  This sausage is made fresh daily in our USDA regulated facility located in Denver, Colorado. Made with the freshest cuts of lean pork shoulder combined with spices highlighting cracked fennel and crushed red pepper.  This sausage is perfect for sauces, pizzas, calzones, soups, appetizers, pasta and breakfast dishes.
