Breakfast Burritos with Polidori Chorizo
Instructions
  1. Brown Polidori Chorizo in skillet, stirring until crumbled. Remove from pan.
  2. Add potato and cook over medium heat until tender.
  3. Add eggs and cook until firm, but still moist. Remove from heat, stir in reserved Polidori Chorizo.
  4. Place ½ cup of mixture into tortilla and add a sprinkle of cheese a taco sauce if desired.
  5. Roll up tortilla tightly and serve.
